Agreement

By using plumberinlakeville.com (the site) and its phone number, you agree to these terms. The site is run by Orchard Lake Plumbing of 100 Main St, Lakeville, MN 55044. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What we are, and what we are not

We provide advertising and call connection: we publish plumbing information and operate a phone line. We do not perform plumbing work. We are not the plumber, we do not employ the plumber who visits you, and we do not supervise that work.

Who does the work

A caller is connected to an independent plumbing service provider, who chooses whether to take the job. That provider carries out the work, and the provider is responsible for the work and for the price. Any agreement about scope, schedule or payment is between you and the provider. Ask the provider about pricing before you agree to a visit, and confirm anything important with them directly.

Information on the site

The pages and guides are general information. They are not professional advice for your particular building, and they cannot replace a plumber looking at the problem in person. Local facts, such as water supply details, come from public sources and can change or differ by address. Check your own bill or ask your city or water supplier for what applies to you.

Emergencies and safety

If you smell gas, see smoke or have sewage coming up through a floor, get out of the building and phone 911 or the gas utility from outside before anything else. The phone line here is not a substitute for emergency services. Follow the instructions of emergency responders over anything on this site.

Using the site

• Use the site only for lawful purposes and for your own information.
• Do not copy, resell or republish the content without permission.
• Do not interfere with the site or try to gain unauthorized access.
• Do not use the phone line to harass anyone or for false emergency calls.

Availability

The phone line is intended to be open 24/7 and same-day service is available, but timing depends on conditions, the fault and provider availability. We cannot promise that a visit will happen at any particular time or that every call will result in a visit.

Limits of responsibility

The site and phone line are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, Orchard Lake Plumbing is not liable for damage, loss or cost arising from the work, advice or conduct of an independent provider, or from relying on general information on the site. Nothing here limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited.

Links and third parties

The site may link to public pages run by cities, utilities or other organizations. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.

Changes and law

We may update these terms, and the current version is the one on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
